Baltimore Development Plans
Browse by
Over the decades, Baltimore City and the Baltimore Regional Planning Council have created plans that address various urban issues such as land use, transportation, and development. The resulting plans, and their proposed solutions, provide the reader with useful historical benchmarks that trace the redevelopment of Baltimore City and the larger region.
This collection includes images of selected development plans from the Government Publications/Maps/Law collection. Our goal is to including here those plans that have a significant number of maps. For the most part, the individual maps in each development plan are rarely cataloged or indexed separately. When completed, this collection will cover plans from 1926 to the present.
