    Abstract
    In the field of glycoproteomic glycosylation and glycopeptides are essential for people to study. It is even more imperative to build a database that contains all the N-linked glycopeptides and its corresponding mass spectrum for researchers' reference. An interactive diagram was added to the N-Glycosite Atlas database. Two evaluation system was created to generate the standard mass spectra for the database. The number of mass spectrum needed for generating a stable standard mass spectrum was determined. The similarity evaluation system can truly reflect the similarity of the two mass spectra, and this evaluation system is crucial for updating the spectra database. And the peak credibility can truly reflect how credible of a given peak in the mass spectrum. In conclusion, the algorithm is useful for generating a standard mass spectrum. And will help future studies in this area.
