dc.description.abstract | Here we report the case of a young woman who developed acute renal failure following prolonged cesarean section delivery. The surgical procedure was complicated by placental abruption and uterine leiomyomata. A kidney biopsy for persistent renal failure revealed acute tubular injury from an unexpected source. | |
