Historic Technical Reports

Technical reports inform a specific audience about ongoing research. They are written during government-sponsored projects and can be formal or informal. Tech reports convey the results of basic or applied research and can include the supplemental data needed to interpret, apply, or replicate the results or techniques of an investigation. The tech reports in this collection were produced by the JHU Department of Computer Science between the mid-1980s and mid-1990s. They document the work of specific individuals and illustrate some of the department's early research directions
